10 organizations are embarking their restaurants on a six-month journey to cut on food waste, reduce unnecessary costs and negative environmental impacts, and reach the international certification The PLEDGE™ on Food Waste. This program is engineered by LightBlue, a UN awarded Best Small Business(2021). It is made possible by the HRDC and coordinated by SigneNatir with Business Mauritius. Locally supported by FoodWise and facilitated by Living Labs.
